Rosso della Cattedrale

Si ottiene con l'uva Montepulciano raccolta tardivamente (metà - fine novembre); il vino ottenuto viene fatto maturare per diversi anni in barriques e poi vengono assemblate annate diverse. E' pertanto un vino liquoroso completamente naturale (17-18 % di alcool) con un gusto di fondo leggermente amaro che lo rende adatto ad accompagnare dolci al cioccolato.
